Internet Scams

Team Lava...removed the gems which I paid for. There were 3 transactions each for $15.99. The fourth one was for $8.99. I was very careful about ordering the 80 gems for $15.99 on June 23. I never authorized the other transactions, which all occurred in July. They still have not credited my account, but they took all the gems, including the ones prior to the 80 gem purchase made on June 23. Now there is nothing in the restaurant story game which my girlfriend has been playing for several weeks. All her "work" is down the drain. I contacted Team Lava, LLC. in good faith to make sure that they were not going to charge me more money without giving me something in return. Basically, a purchase deal for 80 gems at $15.99 turned into 4 transactions totaling $56.96 in all, and now they have removed all the efforts (all the gems), and have not, I repeat, have not refunded my money. I will publicize this to Google's Android market by the end of the week. I will contact the IC3 as well. They took more than the 80 gems...they also took everything else paid for with game coins as well.
