My Educational Philosophy
As an educator, I must evaluate, and continually change the goals and practicum, as I follow the expected curriculum, and standards based on the California State requirements. At times, I will modify my approach to help the student continually reach for the next level. To help the student desire and enjoy learning, my classroom needs to be an educational paradise…a little community of learners. People who want to learn more and more, until they move on to the next grade level—to continue on the journey for knowledge, and to ultimately become functioning and contributing members of the world at large.
Ultimately, my educational philosophy is to behave in a Christian-like manner toward every student. To me, this means treating each child with dignity, and showing brotherly love in regard to their needs. Equality and respect, regardless of difference will be a high goal for my classroom as well. Keeping the students on task, sometimes not so warmly, but firmly as needed. Having an open mind, and maintaining my high expectations for each student—communicating those expectations to the students and their parents. By following the California Content Standards as applied by each school district I may be working for. Doing my best to get the best from the students. Being the teacher the student needs at the time he or she is in my class; and also, being consistent with my discipline plan, and classroom rules. I am a teacher who listens to the students, and evaluates their needs, helps them to seek amicable solutions to their problems. Thus, my educational philosophy changes and grows with the changing and growing needs of my student population.

California to Vote Aftermath
Democrats support big unions, big taxes on business, big government spending, and the liberal agendas which do not support Christianity.
Good luck!

California to Vote
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.--Benjamin Franklin
When you go to elect people this time...remember what Ben Franklin said.
Why didn't Jerry Brown get elected after the first time he was governor?
Wasn't Meg Whitman successful at business? Perhaps she will be successful at running the state.
How about Barbara Boxer? 28 years in office...and our state is still in trouble.
Wasn't Carly Fiorina successful at business? Perhaps she will be successful as a US Senator for our state.
Dan Lungren? Been there too long...seems to have lost touch with the rest of us. When he saw me in the parking lot at work, he kept staring at me. What a weirdo!
Ami Bera? I have no idea about him. I wouldn't vote for him either.
Just remember people...Democrats believe in high taxes and big government. High taxes means big businesses leave the state to cut overhead...which means loss of jobs. Republicans believe in small government and big business...the trickle down effect...so when the businesses prefer to stick around, they will bring more jobs to the state.
When Carly was working for HP, her goals were to help HP overcome budget problems and to make money. She was very successful. When she works for our state, won't she be successful at serving the state and reaching her goals?
Try to think about these arguments logically before you choose to vote for your democrat. I know Dan Lungren is not a Democrat...but even I know when something isn't working.

Obama the Nobel
I still question awarding someone the Nobel before they've earned it. I say it is an Obama Nation and a mockery to Nobel.

Sibling Rivalry
Ishmael and Issac were both Abraham's sons. Ishmael was the son of an Egyptian servant, Hagar, and Issac was the son of Abraham's Iraqi wife, Sarah. Abraham was Sarah's half brother. You've heard of the strife between the Arabs and the Jews...it started with those two 1/2 brothers.
We get tired of our children when they fight over things that seem so trivial. Think of the promise that was made to Abraham...he would be the father of many nations. That was upheld. Ishmael wanted Issac's share. Issac's descendants took their share but lost it several times to Ishmael's descendants. In the past century, part of Issac's share was given back to the descendants through Israel/Jacob.
Strife because Abraham and Sarah tried to make God's Promise happen their way.
